Brothers in Switzerland

Kyle and Shane even more madly in love with one another after spending 10 straight days together in Switzerland.

Happy birthday to Shane

Laure Anne and Olivier let us host Shane's first birthday party at their house (thanks!).

The day began with a mangled attempt at me baking a birthday cake. Long story. The result was this sorry looking "Mr. Happy" Cake.

The lucky older brother got a lot of gifts as well!

A weekend with the aunties

Isabelle and Laure Anne generously offered to babysit for the weekend while Eric and I headed down to Lake Como, Italy for Edouard and Veronica's wedding (more photos of that to follow).  The boys had a great time!

Lap "baby"

On the way to Switzerland, Eric and I agreed that this will be the last long flight we take with a "baby" on our laps.
