Eric's family is getting ready to sell the house he grew up in. We were happy that Kyle could have the chance to explore it a bit beforehand! Kyle, Ba Noi, Eric and I enjoyed a lovely summer afternoon there.

At Oldemor's, Kyle also got to spend some quality time with Bestefar.

Oldemor

After the UK, we spend a few nice quiet days at Oldemor's house. Kyle and his great-grandmother had a wonderful time getting acquainted with one another.

Wedding Reception

Kyle ate really well at the wedding reception.







He also really loved the dance floor



Mary and Henry really lit the dance floor up themselves.




We bridesmaids enjoyed the dance floor as well.

Horses and other harmless creatures

A few nights before Mary and Henry's wedding, there was an out-of-towners event for the Canadian guests. Mary's niece Mia was enthralled by the neighbors' (very small) horse, so we brought Kyle over for a look. He was intrigued...



...but ultimately afraid.





He may be big, but this is not a tough kid. Kyle's fear of harmless creatures was also clear when he met the innkeeper's very old, very thin cat:
